A woman of 45-years was presented with complaints of lips burning and severe discomfort during eating and speaking. He had this problem for six months without the application of any topical or traditional products. The lesions involved both lips ultimately.
Dermatological examination of the lips revealed diffuse mild erythema, adherent white scales, and fissure extending over the vermilion border. It is shown in the figure. Moreover, there were erythematous plaques with thick white scales on the scalp also. Upon complete examination, the erythematous scaly scalp lesions have appeared two months before the lip lesions.
