Loose stool for 20 days

13 yaer old male presented with loose stool with mucus 4/5 times daily for last 20 days. No fever, No pain abdomen , no nause vomitting. USG abdomen NAD. Already received ofloxacin ornidazole, rifaximin 400, prebiotics-probiotics, racecadotril for few days. Asked to do stool OPC, MICROSCOPY AND CULTURE, LFT, AMYLASE LIPASE and CBC,TSH. What should be the next line of management
