Lung Cancer

35 Years old presenting with shortness of breath since 2 weeks before admission. He was diagnosed with lung cancer 2 months prior and has extensive chemotherapy. Suddenly the past two days he become dyspneic, coughs, and fever. Later on, he was diagnoses with comunity aqcuired pneumonia. What is your recomendation to this patient ?
