Lymphangioma of vulva

A 26 year female G2P1L1 38 weeks of pregnancy with prev history of ceasarean presented in full dialatation of cervix. There was a mass in vulva which was obstructing the birth canal Patient had this since childhood ,she had no complaints associated with it and size increased during pregnancy
