A 17-year-old male with a history of hypospadias presented with uncontrolled hypertension and limb weakness. His upper limb blood pressure was significantly higher than his lower limbs, and CTA revealed aortic coarctation. After a successful aortic stent implantation and beta-blocker therapy, his blood pressure normalized and remained stable without medication.
