A 70 yr old male patient visited the prosthodontic dept for teeth replacement. On examination their are highly resorbed ridges and history of previously broken denture and we replaced with an overdenture by placing metal couplings in canine regions for retention of the denture.

That is treatment goes for:1)Implant placement 2)removal partial denture 3)splinting of occlusal 4) radiation stents 5) design 6) bridge 7)saddle 8) clasp 9) ferrule 10) retainers 11)pontic 12) crown etc. I can suggest on prosthodontics MS MD Paediatric and Nutrition and dietitian doctor as a surgery of dental!!
