Metabolic Syndrome

Female 50 years old, presenting with neck pain for this one week. She experiences the pain every day and at no other specific time. on physical examination:  we found high blood pressure 150/80 mmHg, BMI around 30. Patients underwent laboratory checks for this problem and diagnoses for metabolic syndrome.
