Multiple non communicating tubercular lung as well as chest wall abcess in a immunocompetant patient 27 year old male non smoker , tobacco chewer, farmer presented with swelling over the sternum and chest pain. He also having constitutional symptoms like loss of appetite and occasional fever.He had no history of TB before. Patient was evaluated, chest x ray and CECT thorax done, shows multiple non communicating abscess in lung and over the chest wall. Chest wall abcsess aspirated, and MTB was detected on CBNAAT. Patient started on ATT and follow up done and it is completely resolved.
