My mother F had anosmia

My mother 48/F had anosmia since 4 years during the early stage we got her done an mri (normal finding) and nasal endoscopy for local lesions but found none. Administered steroids and nasal spray but its of no betterment. Now in 2024 nov shes into post menopausal bleeding (menopause@45yrs) for which D&C’s been done and biopsy findings depicted no bits of cancerous tissue. Her obg administered OCPs since the usg showed heavy and bulky uterus (9cm)and enlarged cervix Nowadays shes complaining severe tongue bitterness and loss of hunger . Is there any chance she could regain her smell and taste sensation?
