<p>In a 24-year-old pregnant female foetal cardiac activity stopped twice (1st at 4 months &amp; 2nd at the 25th week yesterday) and it was normal 15 days earlier in both instances. &nbsp;During pregnancy, TSH was 4.02 and she was advised to take Thyrox 75 o.d. Other investigation was normal. No other foetal abnormality was found on USG. What will be the diagnosis for this situation and suggest an appropriate treatment?</p>
