nails 13/2

A 4 year old male pt reported to the clinic with his mother. the mother c/o falling off of the nails of the child since 1 week. There was sudden shedding off of the nails and hair. o/e: the nails were pale and spoon shaped or showed clubbing. Pt was advised for a complete hemogram for further investigations. kindly advise what further investigations are needed and what should be the treatment plan.?
