Neuropathy

26 years male with ESRD with Hemodialysis for last 2 months having B/L severe knife cutting pain started from maxillary or mandibular branch of trigeminal nerve and become severe then involved first branch also. Urea 90 to 200. Creatinine 8 to 12 frnds upon dialysis. Twice a weak dialysis is going on. Little response to transform in acute onset. Carbazamipine 200. Twice a day from last 3 days. Please opinion. On treatment and suggest any other better pain killer.
