A 36-week pregnant woman with a history of two previous cesarian sections presented to the hospital with an antepartum haemorrhage (APH). Obstetric examination revealed post-operative adhesion development following her previous cesarian sections, characterized by a bulged lower segment of the uterus with blue-marked adhesion. Post-operative adhesions, known to be associated with complications, may have contributed to the occurrence of APH.
