An elderly hemiplegic lady was brought to the emergency department due to a 'low heart rate' recognized by her nurse. She is on 2.5 mg bisoprolol, the indication for which is unknown. She has not experienced syncope, and there are no other apparent symptoms. The ECG was performed and attached below.  What is your take on the situation?
