Old male with cellulitis

An 88-year-old male with diabetes mellitus presented with a pruritic, edematous, erythematous lesion on his chin following a shaving nick. Despite treatment with antibiotics and a facial CT scan showing cellulitis, his symptoms worsened, prompting concern for malignancy. Biopsies and FNAs were performed to investigate further. Kindly suggest an appropriate diagnosis and treatment
