A 39-year-old female patient presented with painful sores on her toes for six weeks. All laboratory tests, such as ESR and Hb, and autoimmune profiles, such as antinuclear antibodies, came back normal. However, at the tips of her toes, there is heat and stinging, and some whitish lesions look like little blisters.
