A 54-year-old man came with complaints of fever since 1 day, accompanied by low back pain. Nausea and vomiting are absent. 
The patient previously had a history of stroke in June 2020 routinely taking medication. Currently there are sequelae felt in the form of weakness of the left limbs. 

Medication history: rosuvastatin 10 mg, candesartan 8 mg, meticobal 500 mcg, brainhelix 10 mg, cpg 75 mg.

BP: 140/90, hr: 80, rr: 20 spo2: 99%
Thorax: vesicular +/+, sonorous +/+, symmetrical +/+, regular heart sound, Abdomen: normal bowel sound, no tenderness, soft. 
Motor: 5/4++

Lansoprazole 2x30 mg
