A 63-year-old man was sent to the Department of Prosthodontics for prosthodontic therapy. The patient's main complaint was, in addition to the replacement of worn teeth, the restoration of worn teeth of unsatisfactory restorative and lost teeth. A history of depression was discovered during the patient's examination and indicated bruxism and clenching, parafunctional habits. There was no periodontal disease, and oral hygiene was adequate. Diagnostic castings and clinical and radiographic examinations exhibited considerable attrition, particularly on the anterior teeth and an irregular occlusal plane (Figure 1). Parafunctional habits, inadequate restorations, and a lack of steady posterior occlusion were all factors of the severe wear.
