A 39-year-old woman with H/o multiple comorbidities and baseline hemoglobin were presented for anaemia evaluation. The patient had recurrent episodes of severe anaemia six months back, receiving about 30 units of packed RBCs in the preceding three months. Additionally, there was no family history of anaemia or any other hematologic disorder.&nbsp;

Her medication history includes IV corticosteroids and iron therapy, bronchodilators, weekly erythropoietin injections, antidepressant, and anxiolytics.

At presentation, the patient&#39;s vital signs and urine analysis were normal. Blood evaluation revealed: hemoglobin: 4.9 g/dL; mean corpuscular volume (MCV): 94.4 fL; haematocrit: 13.4%; leukocyte count, 6.0 &times; 109/L; platelet count, 203 &times; 109/L.&nbsp;
