Right shoulder pain

After turning over in bed and hearing a snap, a 22-year-old male arrives at the emergency room to treat right shoulder pain and worries about a dislocation. Radiographs of the right shoulder were taken (Figures 1 and 2). Posterior shoulder dislocation was diagnosed.
