A 20-day-old male neonate was brought to a hospital by his mother with yellowish greasy scales and thick greenish crust on his scalp, face, eyes, and behind ears. Lesions started from the 4th day as small vesicles on his scalp, and he was restless and crying. HIV was excluded through HIV antibody testing. The patient also had disturbed sleep cycles and a mild fever, and his mother was concerned. The patient's scalp and face were erythematous with yellowish-grey scales, thick plaques, and a greenish crust (Figure)
