A 17-year-old teenager complained about the growth under his nose and requested its removal. The patient described the lesion as asymptomatic but cosmetically unattractive; it has been there for around four years. He does not take any medications and is in excellent health. Upon physical inspection, a 0.3-cm stiff papule with a brownish hue is visible. There are no other lesions of this type reported.
