A patient came with the chief complaints of slurred speech, giddiness, deviation of mouth towards left, Loss of balance.
H/I :- patient is asymptomatic before yesterday since morning suffering from above said symptoms carry local doctor then came here for further treatment . Findings :- concious & well R, S - B/L clear CVS - s1&s2 ^ PR - 94 bpm SPO2- 97% BP 150/80
Advice :
1) IVF RL 70 ml 2) Inj Kexef sp 1.5gm 3) Tab strocit 500 mg 4) Tab Clopitab 5) injection clexane 6) mannitol Is this treatment correct? Any treatment advices? please let me know.
