suspected case of psorias...

A male pt,aged 45 yrs, came with the c/o burning and itching on face and hands and entire body.

he gave history of it getting aggravated when exposed to sunlight or consumption of spicy foods

o/e-red-brown patches were found especially on hands,neck and face. the skin was scaly and dry. occasional bleeding was also observed.

A D/D of psoriasis was made although the pt was not ready to give drug history

Propyzole NF was prescribed to pt and send for further investigations
