Sustained swelling in bot...

61 yr old lady with prominent swelling in right lowered limb.Some part of swelling also seen in left lower limb persistent for last 8 years. She has been investigated for varicose veins,sephanous vein blockage etc.Given medication for filiarsis in the past and differential diagnosis Done for lymphatic blockage. Final diagnosis could not be ascertained till now. No history of Hypertension,thyroid and diabetes. Patient weight is 93 kg. Currently not on medication but swelling persists. Let me know your opinion
