A 40 years female patient came to opd with swelling of left arm after 30min CT scan contrast injected to that arm gradually progressed to this size after 3hours
Complaining heaviness and tightness not painfull ,On examination radial pulse felt ,On retrograde study CT technician told around 30ml dye may exaveseted .For which I treated .Comment on this

It's extravasation leading to infiltration of tissue, of CONTRAST dye into tissue mass. Iodine is allergy causing agents. Needs cold compression of hand, Elevate hand, iv fluids with Anti histaminic Avil and steroids. It's local reaction in tissue.
