The 30-year-old male presented with a complaint of a persistent infection on his body, which has been troubling him for the past six months. Despite undergoing multiple treatments, he expressed frustration as he found no relief from the condition. He mentioned that the infection seemed to be spreading to his entire family. To address the situation, I prescribed a comprehensive treatment plan. The prescription includes weekly administration of Tab Fluconazole 150mg, along with BD (twice a day) intake of Tab Amoxicillin + Cloxacillin, Tab Fexofenadine BD,  Tab Vitamin D³, Ointment Beclomethasone+ Clotrimazole. Kindly suggest me an appropriate diagnostic technique.
