Tuberculosis/ Malignancy

A patient aged 66 yrs presented with weakness, weight loss, breathlessness, cough since 3 months. Nondiabetic normotensive. Had taken incomplete treatment of Tuberculosis in 2016 for mediastinal Lymphadinitis. At present his CT thorax shows Mediastinal lymph nodes and pleural effusion. Fluid analysis showed malignancy in reports from two pathologists. Referred to Tata memorial varanasi for further evaluation. CT guided Biopsy showed granulomatous inflammation and PET scan showed nothing additional information than CT thorax. ATT is going on..
