<p>52 male .cough since 2 months increased after meals.CT contrast tracheoesophageal fistula .bronchoscopy done ,sample from fistulous tract (MTB detected) rif sensitive.ATT started .RT feeds started and continued for 2 months .after 2 months resolution of fistula on ct and bronchscopy.(3rd image) This patient didnt required any surgical intervention .has completed ATT.with resolution of fistula completely.</p>
