An 18-years old male patient was presented with a twisted leg injury that occurred last year. He has been facing difficulty in walking due to right ankle pain since then. There was no evidence of swelling or other constituting symptoms. The pain was insidious during onset, which gets relieved with analgesic medication.
Radiological examination showed an expanded 2x3cm lytic lesion around the talar neck body junction with a thin periosteal shell involving articular cartilage. The subtalar and midtarsal joint movements were painful and restricted. The Laboratory tests were regular. The biopsy report indicated irregular spicules of mineralized bone and eosinophilic osteoid rimmed.
