Unstable Angina Pectoris

Male 56 years old, came to ER with primary complaint of chest pain  since 1 hours before admitting into ER. Chest pain felt around the heart and radiating into left arm, jaw, and back. patients also felt dyspnea and numbnes around the left arm. He also expirience nausea and vomit since the complaints began. 

patients have hypertension history and treated with amlodipine. 

Physical examination show us bradycardia with range heart rate 38x/min, respiratory rate 21x/minute, oxygen sat 88% room air. cardiac physical exam show us regular heart sound with no murmur and no sign of cardiac enlargement. pulmonary examination shows bilateral rales

The patient is treatedwith DAPT (clopidogrel 300 + aspirin 320 mg), furosemide 40 mg, and Dopamin drip.
