urticaria cheek

A 30 year old female pt reported with the c/o rashes and itching on her face. O/E: urticaria was seen all over her face with slight reddish eruptions over the cheek. No significant medical or family history was seen. pt was advised to start with ctz bd and apply calamine lotion for two weeks .
