Viral Hepatitis A

Female 35 years old, presenting with right upper abdominal pain and vomit. Her temperature rise since 3 days before admission. Her ALT and AST rise to 455 and 567. She also positive for Hepatits A serology. The patients was admit and treated with vitamin K, tranexamat acid, and supportive treatment.
