Wound dehiscence

Male 56 years old with post operative laparatomy. Previously he was diagnosed with small bowel obstruction due to adhesion. He underwent operation and go home after 1 week of care. 4 days after he got home. The stiches area become reddish and purulent. He directly go to the hospital to seek medical treatment. Please advise for further management ?
