A 45 years old man who is a chronic alcoholic presents with the history of black stools and blood vomiting since 2 days. On examination he is ill looking, pale and has tachycardia. He has ascites but no palpable spleen. His blood pressure is 90/60 mmHg. Suggest a suitable therapy.
