26yr old G4P1L1A2 postcesarean pregnancy with twin gestation at16wks presented with sudden onset of severe HTN 190/120mmHg. She was admitted and MgSO4 regimen , IV labetalol 20mg given and continued with oral Labetalol 100mg tid.Investigations CBC, RFT, LFT were within normal limits. Urine albumin 1+. USG showed maternal Rt hydronephrosis. After about 12hrs, her BP was 130/90 mmHg and continued to be at the same reading. Is it better to terminate her pregnancy since she is still16wks ?
