27 yr old male pt presented to casualty with complaint of partially separated pinnacle on right, with history of RTA. Pt was planned surgery. Wound washed with Betadine and normal saline, dirt, small pebbles foreign body removed and pinna reconstructed. Pt continued on antibiotics and discharged.
