This retrospective study investigated a 10-year experience of pediatric fertility preservation (FP) involving the cryopreservation of testicular tissue (TT). A total of 369 patients were included, with the majority referred for malignant diseases. The study found that the procedure was well-accepted, feasible, and safe in the short term. The presence of spermatogonia in the testicular tissue was not significantly affected by chemotherapy, except when alkylating agents were used.
