The study constructed and verified a nomogram model for predicting microvascular invasion (MVI) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients based on tumor characteristics and differential protein expressions. The study collected clinicopathological data of 200 HCC patients and identified tumor size, GPC3, P53, RRM1, BRCA1, and ARG as independent risk factors for MVI. The nomogram model was constructed based on these predictors and demonstrated good performance in predicting the presence of MVI. This predictive model could potentially improve the accuracy of MVI diagnosis in HCC patients.
