A two week high‐intensity interval training (HIIT) intervention improves ejaculation control among men with PE

A study aimed to investigate the effect of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) on premature ejaculation (PE) symptoms in men. 92 Chinese men participated, with 22 diagnosed with PE and the remaining having normal ejaculatory function. The HIIT group completed exercises every morning for 14 days, while the control group refrained from HIIT. The results showed that HIIT alleviated PE symptoms in men with PE, especially for those with higher heart rate increases during the intervention. HIIT did not affect PE symptoms in men with normal ejaculatory function. The study suggests that HIIT intervention may be beneficial in reducing PE symptoms, with heart rate increase being a significant factor.
