This multicenter study evaluated 749 skeletally immature patients with ACL tears, with a mean age of 12.9 years. Sports, particularly non-contact activities, caused 89% of injuries, with football and soccer as leading sports for boys and girls, respectively. Surgical treatment was performed in nearly all cases, with techniques tailored to skeletal age. Meniscal tears were documented in 57% of cases, with high rates of repair, highlighting the importance of injury-specific management strategies.
