The mean IOP decreased from 24.8 mmHg to 12.5 mmHg, and the success rate was 68%. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed survival probabilities of 88%, 76%, and 69% at 1, 3, and 5 years, respectively. Common complications were consistent with those in existing literature, supporting AGV implantation with CPC for IOP control in glaucoma.

An experimental triple antibiotic paste containing nitrofurantoin, ciprofloxacin, and metronidazole showed better cytocompatibility than conventional Hoshino antibiotic pastes and calcium hydroxide in human dental pulp stem cells. The paste maintained about 75% metabolic activity and better preserved cell viability, supporting further investigation as a medicament for regenerative endodontic procedures.

As a single-arm study, the findings are descriptive and require controlled confirmation.
