The study assessed 997 infertile men with normozoospermia, comparing them to 201 healthy men and 75 men seeking fertility restoration after vasectomy. The infertile group had a significantly higher prevalence of genital malformations (hypospadias: p = 0.024, undescended testes: p < 0.001), erectile dysfunction (p < 0.001), obesity (p < 0.001), and hypogonadism (p < 0.001). Genetic analysis showed reduced FSH in men with the FSHB c.‐211 polymorphism (p < 0.001). These findings highlight the importance of andrological evaluations in improving fertility treatments and health outcomes.
