In a study of 428 participants, an animation co-designed by parents, clinicians, and patient representatives effectively improved self-perceived and objective knowledge of prenatal sequencing (pS), performing similarly to traditional leaflets. Preferences for format varied, but the animation was well received. This suggests animations can be a useful tool to educate parents on pS, especially when integrated into clinical settings.
