In a real-world cohort, anti-CGRP monoclonal antibodies demonstrated significant and sustained reductions in monthly migraine days (MDM). Patients receiving these treatments experienced a substantial and consistent decrease in MDM, with comparable large effect sizes observed across the cohort. The study further identified that both clinical and genetic factors played a pivotal role in influencing individual treatment responses. These findings highlight the therapeutic potential of anti-CGRP monoclonal antibodies in managing migraine in diverse patient populations and emphasize the importance of personalized medicine approaches in optimizing treatment outcomes.
