Association Between Childhood and Adolescence Factors and Multiple Sclerosis Risk

The study investigates childhood and adolescence factors' association with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) risk using German National Cohort data. Among 204,273 participants, 858 had MS. Male sex reduced MS risk, while overweight and obesity at 18 increased it. Breastfeeding ≤4 months reduced MS risk in men. Other factors showed no significant association. Only overweight and obesity at 18 were notable.
