The findings suggest that HLA-A11:01, HLA-B13:01, HLA-B15:02, HLA-B38:02, and HLA-C*0801 are linked to SMX/CTX-induced SCARs, providing valuable insights for clinical practice.

As a single-arm study, the findings are descriptive and require controlled confirmation.
