The study groups revealed a significant positive correlation between the labio‐palatal socket dimension and bone formed labial to the implant. This investigation suggested that immediate implants with or without grafting the labial gap preserved the alveolar bone dimension and that bone formation labial to the implant was related to the initial labio‐palatal socket dimension.

Omalizumab and newer therapies such as dupilumab and remibrutinib expand options for refractory disease, while future care may be guided by biomarkers and disease endotypes.

A meta-analysis of five randomized controlled trials found that as-needed ICS–SABA significantly reduced asthma exacerbations compared with SABA-only reliever therapy. ICS–SABA lowered exacerbation rates and the risk of experiencing at least one exacerbation by 31%, while extending time to first exacerbation and reducing systemic corticosteroid exposure by about 39 mg, without increasing adverse events.
