In a prospective study from 2018 to 2022, 164 patients underwent Snodgrass Urethroplasty for midpenile and distal hypospadias repair. Group A (84 patients) received Buck’s Fascia as a neo-urethral cover, while Group B (80 patients) had the dartos flap. Group A showed significantly lower rates of urethral fistulas (2.35%) compared to Group B (10%). Meatal stenosis rates were also lower in Group A (3.57%) than in Group B (10%). Buck’s Fascia demonstrated efficacy in reducing post-operative complications, highlighting its potential to enhance surgical outcomes.
