The study focused on women aged 18 and above who underwent two cesarean deliveries between 1988 and 2016. The findings revealed that 32.6% of women developed peritoneal adhesions during the second cesarean delivery. Significant factors associated with adhesions included maternal age of 35 or older during the first cesarean, Bedouin Arab ethnicity, intrapartum and postpartum infectious morbidity, and cesarean delivery after the onset of labor.
